Acceptance of Terms
Using vegage.ai means you’re okay with these terms. We’re an independent company, and we keep whatever you give us in a secure place. If any of this doesn’t sit right with you, better to skip the service.
Description of Service
vegage.ai lets you create text, images, and video from your prompts and uploads. The tools run on AI models we keep improving, so results get better over time. Here’s what you can do:
- Generate text from your prompts
- Create images from prompts or photos you upload
- Generate video with our AI
- Feed in prompts and images to get outputs
- Access what you’ve created in a private, secure space
User Accounts
Account Creation and Authentication
You sign in with Google, we don’t handle passwords. We only get your name and email from Google, and that’s it.
Keep your Google account secure. You’re on the hook for anything that happens through your account here.
Account Security

- Tell us right away if someone gets into your account
- Own what happens under your account

Intellectual Property
Service Ownership
vegage.ai owns the product, the site, the tools, the code, the look. That’s protected by copyright and other IP laws.
Media Storage and Your Data
How we handle your stuff:
- What you generate is stored securely. Only you (and whoever has access to your account) can get to it.
- Files you upload aren’t kept. Once we’ve made the output, your upload is deleted for good.
- Your data stays in a safe place. We may use some of it to improve our AI so the tools get better.
You own what you upload. Using the service means you’re giving us permission to process it so we can create your outputs. Make sure you have the right to use that content, don’t send us other people’s work without permission.
Generated Content
Whatever you create with our tools is yours. Use it for work or for fun, as long as you follow these terms and the law.
Payment and Subscription
If we charge for something, you’ll pay the fees, give us correct billing details, and cover any taxes that apply. We can change prices; if we do, we’ll let you know before it hits.
API Usage
If you use our API: keep your keys private, stay within your plan’s limits, and follow the docs. We might change or retire endpoints, we’ll give notice when we can. Abuse (e.g. hammering the API or dodging limits) can get your access cut off.
Service Availability
We try to keep things up, but the service might go down sometimes, maintenance, bugs, third-party hiccups, or stuff outside our control. We’re not on the hook for damage from outages.
Indemnification
If your use of vegage.ai leads to claims, lawsuits, or costs (including our legal fees), you’ll cover us. Same if you break these terms or someone else’s rights.
Termination
We can suspend or end your access anytime, including if you break these terms. When that happens, you stop using the service. You can delete your account yourself in settings. We may keep some data where the law or our operations require it.
Changes to Terms
We can update these terms whenever we need to. For big changes we’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice. If you keep using vegage.ai after that, the new terms apply.
